    I am so disappointed and livid with this company. I placed an order late Monday night, November 29th. I ordered quite a few items, one of which was two tubes of 8/0 gold seed beads. I paid for my order to be express shipped to me, which I never do, however I needed these seed beads by Saturday (today) so I could complete a bracelet for my client by Monday night. I get my order on Thursday, everything is there EXCEPT the 8/0 seed beads! They instead send two tubes of 11/0 turquoise! Wth ppl! I immediately called Potomac Beads (4 times in 1.5 hrs as this was an emergency) and as always, no answered. I go to their website & fill out their contact us now form, explaining everything and stating I want the items I ordered and you need to overnight them to me as this was your company's mistake not mine (actually ***** mistake as he is the color blind guy who thought 11/0 turquoise was 8/0 gold *eyeroll) I then emailed them from my email, included a pic of everything I received where you can clearly see the turquoise seed beads. I've never ordered turquoise seed beads from Potomac and they can go through my order history to verify. I again stated in this email I want the items I ordered and you need to overnight them to me as this was your company's mistake not mine. I awake the next morning to a response email from ******* who clearly does not comprehend English even when it's written out because her response was "do you want me to send out the seed beads today or do you want a refund? Let me know" WHAT IN THE ACTUAL F***!! So I reply at 930am Friday morning and say "I want what I ordered and paid for and I need it overnighted please." Then.....silence! She never had the courtesy to respond or the sense to send my item! By 230pm I email again, asking what is going on with my order, then I decided to attempt to call again....but as usual no answer. I requested a call back twice but no one ever calls me back. I have a jewelry ** and I have orders I have to fulfill (meaning that I have to make!), I express shipped my items so I would have time to make a bracelet but here it is Saturday morning and I have to tell my client that they have to wait for their jewelry because Potomac Beads **** & are color blind. And this alledged customer service manager, *******, claims they don't answer the phone cuz there is only two of them. What?! No. Sorry. An international company needs to have better customer service & if two people can't handle the load then hire more people. And they are only opened Monday thru Friday 8am - 4pm?!? Really??? I have been ordering from this company for 1.5 yrs because they are the only company who carries a certain color/finish of a seed bead that is one of my biggest usage but since they changed their website at the beginning of the year, they have gone downhill. Their sales are never valid, which is false advertising, and I have to contact their "customer support" to have the sale applied to my cart. It's so bad that when you call them, the first thing on their voice recording is if you are having problems with your account, we are aware of the situation and are working on it. **me on, it's been a year almost and it's still is being worked on?? And they claim they offer wholesale accounts, I filled out the form a year and a half ago and of course I'm still waiting on a response. This company's beads are to expensive to have such a horrible ****************** service.
