      I made my order on November 27, 2021. It was to be a Christmas gift for my son-in-law. Have heard nothing from this company in spite of emails and text messages. No answer whatsoever. I ordered from a different company for my grandson and received it in 3 weeks. They also kept me up-to-date with what was happening. I just want my money back. Thank you, ***************************** Unfortunately everything was done online and I have no supporting documents .

      I placed an order with Meraki Metal on 10/30/2021. I was unable to add the discount code so I immediately emailed customer service and on 11/10/2021 they agreed to refund the 25% coupon code. I have emailed them multiple times and still have not received a response as to when they will send it. The last response I have from them was on 11/17/2021 which they stated they would notify the owner to get it resolved.

      Placed order on Meraki website 9/23/21 received order confirmation 10/14/21 received email with tracking number stating order has been shipped. Tracking number is ************************** when clicking the link it leads to usps websit and says "not trackable" i have emailed or sent messages on facebook weekly. to receive messages asking what my order number is, then the next day saying, i just boxed your order it will be on the way. still havent received it. no new tracking and now they are no longer responding to my messages. i have asked for my money back of $34.99 or my order . no response.

      I order from Meraki Metal Art, they have stated they shipped my order In one conversation, and when I asked for the tracking number the refuse to give that info. I then contact them again, and they tell me they are fixing to ship it out, and now they have deleted all comments and blocked me from their face book. No return calls, no return emails. This is just wrong. Placed my order on November 9, 2021. I want a full refund however, I know that will never happen. These people are scamming thousands of dollars from people and nothing is being done.

      I ordered a product and paid for it in September of 2021. I have made repeated attempts to contact the business, I have yet to receive the product I paid for any information from them. They will not return phone calls or emails! I would like a refund

      I purchased 3 metal signs from the seller on 12/30/21 in the amount of 94.90. I have not received a confirmation email of purchase nor a tracking number for my shipment. Site stated estimated delivery in 3-5 business days. I have tried to contact number listed on site, which is a personal cell phone number that goes to VM no return contact has been made. No attempt has been made to reach me, yet my money has cleared quite quickly and I still have no confirmation of purchase and no way to track my order. I do believe this is a very fraudulent charge and would like my money back as I have no product, tracking number, and no confirmation, just them taking money out of my account but I have canceled the card so they can't keep getting money from the account but I really do need that money back, I am out on disability due to accident and major surgery.

      Purchased (2) items online - only received one. Seller has terrible history of this type of behavior, online. Has not provided tracking info for the 2nd item, but insists it has shipped.       I paid for an item and never received it. I called several time with no answer or return call. I emailed the company as well with no response.
