            BBB unable to locate business
            I made my order on November 27, 2021. It was to be a Christmas gift for my son-in-law. Have heard nothing from this company in spite of emails and text messages. No answer whatsoever. I ordered from a different company for my grandson and received it in 3 weeks. They also kept me up-to-date with what was happening. I just want my money back. Thank you, ***************************** Unfortunately everything was done online and I have no supporting documents .

            I placed an order with them for 3 Pieces of metal art. 2 arrived damaged, and one never even shipped. I tried to email and call and even post in ******** messenger that I needed help. No response was given, I asked my credit card company to refuse the payment now Meraki is saying they want to take me to court. No help still in getting any help. Just threats. I wish I had read other reviews before ordering
