    No major improvements to central PA service since my one star review filed this June. The hire of a new, local tech increased my review from one star to two stars. He is trying to do things right for his customers. When local/regional leadership addressed complaints from June, new contracts were offered to some of the customers. All new contracts had either increased cost, reduced service intervals or both. The past supervisor was blamed for incorrectly doing our contracts, so the customers expecting the service were told that the company could not uphold their part of the contract. Even after multiple corporate and regional leadership conversations, services were not done for some residences until late July even with specific pest issues identified by emails and calls in May and June. An infestation was identified at a home of an older customer and local Plunkett’s supervisor notified on Aug 30. The local tech did not have the proper treatment and then wasn’t available due to personal matters. No leadership stepped in and no other tech was diverted to assist. The customer was told that they were working on it. She spend weeks with bites on her feet/legs. They finally got all over her one night while sleeping. The local tech finally was available on Sept 23 and Sept 30. Over these three weeks, the older customer spent over $250 on inside and outside treatments, plus two nights in a hotel to allow for multiple bug bomb treatments. That is a lot of money and time spent when hundreds of dollars are paid in advance with expectations of service in a few days rather than waiting three weeks. Not aware of any credits offered to the customer. Disappointed and angry at the lack of higher level leader engagement when customer’s needs cannot be met by the local staff.
