Workers are rude and inconsiderate. They were setting things up for a neighbor. They parked in front of our drive, used our drive to bring thing to the neighbor, walked across our property so it would be a shorter trip for them. I went out and spoke with one of the guys when they parked in front our drive and made a trip across our property. I asked them to move their vehicle and to not go across our property. The said sorry. I thought he was going to move the vehicle but they didn't and continued to use.our drive and walk across.our property. I called to owner and left a message and when they didn't do anything and haven't heard back to apologize or learn more. It was absolutely uncalled for and rude.I would post a photo showing this, but that option is not available.

I did not receive any call about this and this is not even a customer of mine. Before you go slam my small veteran/family-owned business, please call me at ************ to discuss this and make sure this was even one of my guys and if it is I will discipline them but at least give me a chance to talk about this. Please dont try to destroy my reputation online over something like this and give me a chance to talk to my staff and you. I am asking you kindly to remove this review. I spoke to this customer and tried to resolve this, I am asking for this to be removed. He was not an actual customer of mine and it was a misunderstanding and should never of gotten out of hand like this. I have spoken to the driver on this and he said the customer said he could park there since it was a U-shaped drive-way and he was not blocking anyone in really and he was going to be in and out, so he said he was allowed to quickly finish his job. The driver did not go back on the lawn after he was told not to at all, and did not leave any marks on his grass. He tried his best to stay on the side of the actual customer and not put any dolly tires into his side of the grass. But I was told there was no trace of them going thru the grass or any real issue besides when they were unaware of the situation and were taking off guard when approached from the neighbor of the house they were setting up at, they apologized and I apologized for any wrongdoings. This customer is going around and copying and pasting this 1 star review all over the internet on every site he could find he said. I am not sure this is a fair slander of my company name because the young guys setting up said they followed his demands after he asked them not to go on his side, it was a simple misunderstanding and they tried to not go anywhere near his property . I have been in business ********************************************************************************************* someone at the ******************** would remove this as it is uncalled for and is damaging to my brand . Is the BBB for customer complaints and not for someone that is not a customer of mine but has a misunderstanding with a independant contractor of mine NOT an employee and this issue was handled and no harm was done to his lawn. I was not able to find this persons number for a few days after the inccident and I wish I would of talked to him sooner but I did talk to him and try and resolve this .
