These guys arent worth the star that you have to give to even make a complaint. I sent Erickson Trucks 1000 dollar deposit for a trailer that their Salesman Cody told me they had in Palestine Tx at Active Trailers which is basically the same company operating Under a different name in Aug 2021. Cody texted me pictures of the trailers they SUPPOSEDLY had for sale. Told me the trailer was in Palestine Tx then said well they couldnt get trailer shipped down here from Jackson, Minn. He told me that they were adding side skirts to trailer so it would be a week or so before selling and then told me hed find me a load going to Minn from Dallas so I could pickup trailer but when It was time for me to do the load it SUPPOSEDLY canceled. I said well Ill just drive all the way to Minn from Dallas without load to pick up trailer , so I ask Cody to get someone from Minn to take a picture of trailer OUTSIDE on their yard there in Minn before I make this long trip. Well it took two days before they could get ONE guy to send Cody a picture and send it too me and It was a OMPLETELY different trailer than what Cody sent me a week before. The only reason I even asked for a picture before is because I checked their reviews and they were Horrible and it made me suspicious. I asked for my deposit back because the trailer I was originally shown wasnt the one that they were trying to sell me. I tell Cody and he tells me HE thinks I should buy it anyway because its a GOOD deal even though he knows its completely different than what I was shown. He says he ask the boss in Minn and they tell me they arent giving me my money back because it cost them money to get trailer together BUT I NEVER ask them to do anything to trailer and according to photos the trailer was complete and ready to go. I didnt ask them to build me a trailer because I wouldnt even buy a rebuilt trailer in the first place. Cody stop answer my calls the lady in Minn lied everyday about them calling me back and emailing me and never got anything from them. I just want my money back and the problem will be solved but as of right now I feel ive been robbed and I dont take being robbed lightly.
