            We rented a snow blower attatchment for a skidloader. The owner lied to us and told us their skidloader was high-flow and we needed that for the attatchment. After using it my husband was suspicious that it was not high flow so he went in to talk to the owner. My husband had them call the Bobcat dealer with the serial number and the owner flatly lied to my husband and said the dealer said it was high flow. My husband then called the dealer too and they told him it was NOT high flow. We would not have rented it if we had been told the truth, that it was not high-flow, as we could have used our own skidloader then. The owner would only refund us half the amount for making us rent a skidloader that we didn't need to rent and only did so because he lied to us.

            *********************** rented a T66 with snow blower attachment from us on 1-8-22 and yes we did find out that the unit was not high flow and since the unit was still used for the complete rental I agreed to credit $100.00 toward the rental. The customer did not express any issues until he returned the unit so he obviously was able to do the job without any issues. I would give an additional credit of $100.00 to satisfy this customer

            The owner now offered us an additional $100 credit. But this would not change the fact that he outright lied to my husband after talking to the Bobcat dealership and claimed the dealership said their skidloader did have high-flow. It wasn't until my husband also called the dealership that he agreed to give a refund. The owner is just a blatant liar.Again, we would not have rented the skidloader had we correctly been told it did not have high-flow, as we would have used our own skidloader then.

            Also, I would like to add that when my husband first told the owner that the light didn't come on when he pressed the button for high-flow, the owner said the skidloader had to 'warm up' first and this could take a couple of hours. ANOTHER lie.
