      Absolutely horrible experience flying to our son's army graduation. **** location was so short staffed, they were the only airline with lines out to the front doors. They were calling people up to the front for flights that were leaving, we waited for hours in line before getting bags checked and boarding passes with 2 small kids that had been up since 4 am. Husband had to leave with one for the bathroom, we finally got boarding passes and waited in security, got to the gate, and found that the flight had left without us. We had no idea we were even late because we arrived so early, we didn't hear any announcement over the intercoms and the gate agent basically said they were short staffed and the best we could get was a credit on a next flight.... mind you our older son was able to get on his flight (different airline) that boarded an hour before us and make it to our destination with no problems. We ended up having to pay for 4 new tickets to fly southwest and we're not given any credit. Worst experience we have ever had. Do not fly sun country, they will s**** you over.

      I bought my flight departure from ********, ** to ***********, ** and they changed it to *************. i took a bus in ********************* to take my flight which was great service. However, My way back home after 4 days they said your flight is not going to ***** but ************* and theb you'd have to figure out hiw to get to ***** from. This is the definition of bad client care....Not flying with them again.

      We received a notification the morning of our return flight stating our flight was canceled (August 2024). There was no reason why it was canceled. The only other flight that day was already booked and the next flight would have been 3 days later. We had to book a completely different flight and spend way more for our car rental in order to get home. They reimbursed our return flight but said they do not reimburse any other extra expenses. I will not be flying with them again if I cannot trust them to get me to my destination or at least have adequate additional options if a flight is canceled or changed. Original cheap flights ended up costing more than going with a different airlines in the first place.

      This airline discriminated against me today 08/15/2024 and kicked me out of my 7:00 am flight to ***************** because I'm African their flight attendant was rude to me because I changed to an empty seat by the window after everyone was boarded and I asked her why I couldn't sit there, she kept sounding rude so I told her why being rude about a seat and I had people witnessed. She lied to her manager that I called her the * word. They didn't even ask other witnesses if I did call her the * word, they just kicked me out. They gave me a number to call to get the issue resolved after 20mins on hold they told me that the team that would handle my case was not available and that they would call me after 9 am and I never got a call back to know how I can get my refund back Now I missed my sister's funeral. I called them back the next day and they told me they will call me but never did.

      Flight SY262 (ORD to MSP) was blocked from landing coming into ***** due to weather and was diverted to ********. At this point, Sun Country would and should have known that the crew (then diverted to ********) would not be able to complete the flight from *** to MSP due to shift limits. However, Sun Country made passengers wait 3 Hours before deciding to move the flight to the next day, leaving the passengers stranded at the airport at 11 pm at night. Such a delay resulted in me having to cancel the flight and abandon my trip. A hotel voucher was offered and accepted. However, it was then canceled per my request (I did nothing to cancel my voucher) and on-the-phone customer service did nothing to help restore the voucher (despite me being directed to contact customer service on the voucher email), leaving me stranded at the airport overnight. Additionally, when the flight was delayed to the next day, the gate crew met everyone with attitude and did little to nothing to help passengers. Horrible. Would not recommend anyone fly this company if you actually wish to make it to your destination.

      WORSE AIRLINE EVER!!! First time flying with them and they wouldnt let me on the plane due to fraud activity and ive never flown with them once. they never offered me a different ticket time or ANYTHING!! i had a family emergency and they did NOT care! These people are horrible and will leave you stranded even though you paid! Never fly with them! The customer service lady was absolutely terrible and had no idea what she was doing!

Service is something we take seriously, and it is disappointing anytime our passengers experience a disruption to their travel plans.Regrettably, Sun Country was forced to cancel your 7/11/2024 flight SY391 between ***********/************, ** (MSP) and *************, ** (SFO). We know that interruptions to travel plans are unwelcome, and we make every effort to complete every flight as scheduled. However, we were able to rebook you on SY397.Unfortunately, we do not provide any additional reimbursement for a canceled/delayed flight, including parking fees, rental cars, preplanned hotels, Uber, tickets purchased on other carriers, and other expenses.We appreciate the time youve taken to share your perspective regarding this experience and sincerely apologize for the interruption to your travel plans.Kind **************************** Coordinator 2005 Cargo Rd *********************

      Zero Stars. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and I have been on a flight that was shutdown by the ******************* the following week for terrible service. Its cheap but you get what you paid for.

      Awful service! Nothing short of a Ponzi scheme just because you buy a ticket does not guarantee you a flight. And they will not notify you ahead of time, even though they would require you too. I cant believe businesses are allowed to operate in this way. It makes me sick. You should never fly Suncountry. They dont care about you.

      Sun Country Airlines is no longer the carrier it once was, dependable and service oriented. My family has had a long standing loyalty to Sun Country for the last 15 years, never being ****** concerned about cancelations or flight timeliness. My wife, daughter, and I book several trips through Sun Country each year and unfortunately things took a turn a complete 180 in the last year of what we once knew as a reliable airline. Recently my daughter had her flight Flight SY208 between ******** ** and *********** ** cancelled due to unavailable aircraft. The fiasco cost my daughter an additional $650 dollars not to mention missing a day of work.. On another occasion my wife had her Flight SY1701 between *********** MN and ************** delayed for several hours due to unavailable flight crew. This fiasco cost my wife to miss an appointment and unused hotel stay resulting in $1500 of expenses These are just recent examples of the Sun Country poor experience. We do not blame the hard working ticket agents, ground staff, flight staff and other supporting functions. The blame falls squarely on the ************* and the Sun Country Executive Leadership Team for not having the resources in place to properly manage customer expectations. For this reason we are switching to another carrier for our future travels. Hope this message gets out to other Sun Country Travelers. Beware of an airline in freefall! Thank you, **
