              I started receiving Invisalign treatment from Gentle Dentistry in July of 2022. I had an appointment on September 14 ******************************************************************* a resolution right away to resume my treatment. It is now December 12th and Gentle Dentistry will not return my Phone Calls. I went to the corporate headquarters on Monday November 29th and Spoke to ********************* who told me that they offer Invisalign at other Gentle Dentistry clinics and that I would get a call that day. *** will not answer my phone calls now and no one has contacted me.

              Im gonna make this quick, but basically, they charged my fiances mom after insurance fully covered a crown. She tried calling, they transferred her to billing, the woman at billing got frustrated with her and said to call back in a week. She did so, but of course, they didnt answer the first, who knows how many times. When they finally did answer, the woman asked why she keeps calling and scolded her about how she doesnt know whats going on with the payment. She finally got an email and 2 months later it was figured out. I also have tried to get in, as I need an appointment desperately. They literally do not answer the phone. Ever. They never call back. Same thing with my fiance.
