            Cari Ann Carter and her team went above and beyond to help us find our dream home. She spent so much time over years (!) to work 1:1 with us and listen to our criteria and understand what we wanted in a new home. Not only was she incredibly patient and accommodating throughout the entire process, she was always giving expert advice and extremely efficient and knowledgeable…answering any questions we had and bringing in expert sources to help us make smart decisions. Cari Ann also staged and sold our home while we were abroad, and we were able to sell our house at asking and within a week of listing it. She’s savvy, reliable, smart and a great listener and will get whatever job it is you need done DONE. You can count on Cari Ann and we cannot recommend her enough.
