CAT OWNERS BEWARE: This place has no regard nor respect for people's time nor how stressful a simple vet visit can be for a cat.I had an appointment scheduled for 4:30 PM for 2 cats, one of which is recovering from an **** gland episode and needs to have stitched removed. I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment in case they needed additional time to check us in, to my surprise they appeared to be ready for us at reception. We were quickly shown to an exam room with the promise that the vet would be with us shortly.30 minutes go by, and not a single person came into the room. No vet, no receptionist to say they were running behind schedule, nothing. My cats had been in their carriers and quite anxious for 45 minutes to this point, so I walked out. I told the receptionist that no one had shown up and that we had been waiting for over 30 minutes at that point, and her reaction was simply "oh...wow". While I was getting the cats situated in the car, I saw her talking to other employees, however no effort was made to remediate the situation.After getting home, I called the facility to better understand what went wrong. All I got in response was "I don't know, must have been a staffing issue." I asked how could it be that I waited for over 30 minutes and no one even poked their head in to give me an update, and again the response was "I don't know, probably a staffing issue."Suffice to say, I will never be going back to this place. I highly recommend you steer clear as well.
