      Can't say alot because ***** is threatening me with court. Which I am looking forward to attending. We have had potholes for 2 years that have caused damage to car front ends. Photos and receipts. She sent a person to unthaw pipes who turned the heat to 85 because that's how you thaw pipes. Only been running mobile home park 2 years and it has broken down vehicles parked between trailers and the criminal activity is real bad. Have moved and because the water company wouldn't come out on Easter Sunday to read the meter she charged me for 2 days and we were moved out 4 days before the end of lease.. can't wait to go to court...

      ***** we are happy that you have found housing that suits you better. We truly have done everything we could to try to make your renting experience with our company pleasant. The first month we started managing the mobile home park we did have *********** Excavating of Spring Valley come out and repair the potholes in the park. We see that we have some more that have popped up this winter and we will get them taken care of as soon as possible. These are things that happen living in *********. The maintenance man that came to thaw your water pipes was just trying his best to unthaw the frozen pipes from both under your home and coming into your home. We have been dealing with abandon/unlicensed vehicles as we notice them, or someone reports them to our company. We are not aware of any criminal activity in the park and have spoken with the ************ Chief of Police on several occasions since we started managing the park. He has not brought up any criminal activity situations to us. The charge that was placed on your account was for the natural gas bill that was mailed to us for March 28th to March 31st for $17.96. You had possession of the home until March 31st 2024. We did not threat you with court. In the event of any unpaid balances after moving out, your account goes to a collection agency (who have used the courts to award money owed to us).
