              The **************** is terrible. They will yell at you and hang up on you for asking a simple question. My question was, how much does it cost for storage per day when a car is on your lot. They became defensive and very mad immediately, not sure why. I was hung up on by ***** at the Monticello location, and I was hung up on by someone who claimed to be a manager by the name of ****. I asked for the owner's name which is (*****************************) and the (supposed manager ****) that I spoke with would not give me the owners name, thinking that if he did not give me the owners name, that he would not get in trouble. I told him it was very easy for me to get the owners name; I asked him if he was afraid to give me the owners name for fear of getting in trouble for having a bad attitude and hanging up on me, and he said that he wasn't afraid of anyone. I guess we will see how afraid he is when the owner gives him and ***** a call to ask them why they are treating his customers like garbage and running his business into the ground.
