            I was a customer for 15+ years. I called in this year and cancelled my service, They came out to service anyway, I called again when I received their invoice, They said they would clear ** the charge, Later in the year they came out again to perform the service. I called again and they committed to discard the charges, I have received 2 statements saying I owe them for the service. I called again and they want to charge me for my DNR permit. My time is valuable and their customer service is non existent.

            Very dissatisfied with product and services with Aqua Stormfuro from Lake Restoration. I purchased this product for over $1000 and it lasted 1 year. When I contacted the company the owner informed me that I was one month past the warranty and they would not help me in any way to rectify the problem. I then hired a private repairman to assess this product and his conclusion was the motor is junk and should have lasted well beyond one year. I reported this assessment to the company and the owner stated that there must have been debris in the motor to cause it to fail. This explanation makes no sense at all because this product is designed to remove debris! I then wrote a Google review to explain my dissatisfaction with the product and follow up. The owner then responded to my Google review by stating they provided my private repairman with the parts and advice to fix the product which is a total and complete fabrication. My repairman never contacted the company or purchased any parts. I am not only disappointed with this product and company, I am appalled that they would make completely false statements to cover their poor customer services.

            We have responded to every contact, complaint and inquiry of yours. We did supply you with a quote for the replacement parts. The order was cancelled because you emailed us on 08/10/2023: "Please put my order for a new motor on hold for now. Im going to try to make an attempt at fixing the problem with a local technician." We do regret that you were not able to fix the problem on your own.
