    College Muscle Movers broke my $800 dining room table and my $500 coffee table and are refusing to pay for any damages, even though I had insurance to protect my belongings! One mover pooped in my bathroom and left stains all over the toilet seat and stains inside the toilet. I had an appointment with *** (the service manager) after the moving date to look at the damages they caused, he never showed up and he never even called to tell me he werent coming. When I finally got ahold of him, he said they cant help me any further because I was cussing. *** then told me to file a claim but told me that the claim would go back to him and that he would deny the claim. I filed a complaint on Yelp and College Muscle Movers reported my complaint and had it removed. I am ***************************************************** into early labor. I have been a loyal customer with this company and have used them two other times in the past, I also have recommended them to friends and family. The least I was expecting was some type of accountability, instead I was gaslit by every person that works with this company.

    Both the bed and the coffee table broke not due to mis-handling but because of the particle board construction. Both items had fasteners and laminate pop while we were carrying them and our policies, as well as most moving companies policies, have a damage waiver exception for this type of furniture when it breaks in this way. ************** furniture is efficient and budget friendly, but is also very weak and even with the most proper handling can break easily.Our movers are human and also do need to use the bathroom. It is regretful that the bowl was left dirtied, but equally unsure of the expectation of when nature calls, if a toilet brush was not available and the movers trying to balance the efficiency of the move for the customer. These facts seem to be attempting to shame a normal bodily function. We certainly wish that our mover's could have a bowel movement that is to our customer's satisfaction, but really not sure where to go with this one...At the end of the day, when our team tried to discuss the issues with the customer, her level of aggression, word choice and behavior was not conduct that we were willing to engage with. We are certainly here to work towards positive customer service outcomes, however there is a limit of what we expect our staff to tolerate and this customer violated that boundary on several levels and in multiple interactions.
