Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to ensure that app registered unlicensed plumbers are properly registered and supervised by a licensed journeyworker or master plumber employed by the business and to pay $500.00 penalty with the balance of $2000.00 stayed on the condition the business complies with the Consent Order and has no further violations of any law, rule or Order by DLI.
