              Business charged me $700 cash to get my vehicle back after a tow. They would. It provide me a receipt that included the price. Per ** law a towing company must not charge more than $150 for the tow and $30 per day for storage. They broke ******** law. They also dont accept check or credit card which is also breaking ******** law.

              So heres the scoop. I dropped my truck off at free way ***** I had thought my brother was taking care of it for me because I had to leave for a deployment /Humanitarian/evac. Then income home to find out my 73 year old father is agreeing with these a******* because they picked up our truck that we built together. Now they they are trying to claim it. First dishbatch lady said idk where they go after 45 days that was a lie. Then she argues with my dad tells him he doesnt know what he is talking about they sent him a letter thats a lie. Then after 15 minutes of calling they tell him they scrapped it: Ill be honest all my years in the service and i come home to find out in fighting for trash a** people like this is a joke.

              The vehicle was abandoned at the auto repair shop for over 4 months. The customer called months after we've already sent out certified letters to notify that the vehicle was at our lot, and again no response.

              The customer called us finally, and he told us his stepson took the vehicle without permission and drove it from ******** to **********

              We fulfilled our legal obligation on our end to notify the customer.
