Management is a joke. Doesn't work on certain days is never answers the phone. They only use ****** say you can't have campers, snowers or snowball anything in your driveway. But yet on their website they show a picture of the park manager and they've got RVs cars in the streets. The roads are horrible here. You can't get a hold of anybody. When you have an issue. You have drug addicts that move in. They just let a criminal move in. They let people beat their children. They let him harass people when you complain and when you make a complaint they totally ignore you and try to evict you as the problem because you want things done here. It's a broker out of Tennessee that bought the land here and they don't maintain anything. Their slogan is all profit. Nothing but profit invest. Now We have puddling water everywhere. Rats from the drug house. It is just horrible here and like I said the park manager is a joke. If you're his friend, you can do whatever you want. You can have a snowmobile and RV cars and everything in your lots. There's photos of it on their website. Lots of drug activity and prostitution. They do not enforce any rules as long as you let them do what they want. But if you speak up and you want a peaceful living, they will find every way in which way to evict you cuz you're the problem because you want things done. Stay away from this place really. I moved my trailer here and I'm moving it out
