      I went online to dealdash after watching a commercial. I put all my information in. Then it asked for my debit card. I put it in. With out any confirmation they automatically took $33 out of my account. It never asked if I wanted to purchase anything. If I don't purchase any bids then how can you charge them to me. It says that dealdash is free unless you buy bids. I didn't want to by any bids. I just wanted to check it out. But I wouldn't let me go any further till I put that info in. I feel that this sight is a scam. I want my money back.

      This app is seriously a scam , it needs to be reviewed and taken down immediately . I saw an ad for this app on the TV while watching football so I downloaded it . You download the app , sign up and create an account , and then you enter a payment method (aka , to pay for the final bid that you won) , then goes directly to how to use the app, asks 0 questions, but automatically take $39.00 out of your bank account without confirming or letting you know whatsoever . This has happened to multiple people and needs to be shut down immediately:

      On September 23rd my Deal Dash account was cancelled. I had unused bids and items that were won and not paid for yet. They closed my account because without my knowledge an ex who no longer lives in my home created a DealDash account and I was not aware of this and she would Bid on the same things out of hate. I want a refund of my first bid pack and would like the items that I purchased that I purchased fairly in my eyes because I was not aware of the other account. If they are going to shut things down they need to make sure they know what they are doing. At this point it is basically a robbery. I paid for a product and did not get that product or refund because of someone else's actions. I want my unpaid products that I will pay for and a refund of my first bid pack which is part of DealDash's policy's. If I can not have the unpaid products than I want a refund of the actual cost of the item. So If it was $2.50 that means in DealDash even on low bid price days would add up to $30. That is if the bids purchased were .12. So I want a refund of my bid pack and all bids used on won products that I have not received. I am not sure on the exact amount of funds used because I am unable to access anything on the account. I have all emails showing winning products and the amount paid for them if needed.

      While setting up a profile so that I could use the app, I entered credit card information. It was not clearly explained that when entering CC info a charge for $39 would be processed. I actually learned about this from the BBB website. I came to the BBB website immediately after discovering the issue and found many reports of the same issue. I have requested a refund. What concerns me even more though is that this is a well known long term issue with Deal Dash however they have made no effort to correct the issue itself. They should have made proper adjustments to the website a long time ago to avoid this in the first place. Deal Dash would not have to reply to all these complaints and process the many refunds if this was simply clearly stated. The fact that the root issue has not been corrected leads me to believe that a scam is taking place. In addition, while checking positive reviews for this company on the BBB website I noticed that they are incredibly generic and repetitive. I do not believe that they are legitimate reviews. These issues along with the many other issues reported to BBB have led me to believe that this business can not be trusted. I expect a full refund regardless of my negative review.

      Suspicious Activity On 9-12-24, I entered into a bidding war for a product on deal dash. First thing I noticed was the price of the "Buy it now" which was $1000 for their watch. However, I knew that this watch could be purchased straight from the watches website for $800. I found this to be suspicious. I also noticed this auction was going significantly higher than past auctions for this same product. I purchased a pack of bids and figured I would bid as I assume all the other bidder had spent quite a lot of money on their bids already and were likely out of the auction because this products value has surpassed their financial contributions already. I waited to enter the bidding until I saw the auction go down to 2 bidders. I honestly watched the auction for no joke, 8 hours. What I noticed was this one particular bidder never left the auction. He was always bidding. Others would come and go but this one bidder never stopped. I couldn't fathom how much money was spent by this bidder to remaining bidding for over 8 hours. I decided to enter the bidding war at midnight before I went to bed. When I woke up I learned I lost the auction to that very same bidder who NEVER STOPPED BIDDING. This made me highly suspicious, especially when it was revealed that this bidder spent $1037 for the product!!! If he went to ****** he could buy it for $300. For reference the past winners spent roughly $2-$150 in order to win their auctions for the exact same product. Now, I know DealDash will never admit to Bot bidder but this is HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS! I filed a complaint with dealdash and i was told they would "look into it" This all feels fishy and I feel dumb for having bought bid packs to try and win items. I don't believe or except Dealdash saying they don't have bid bots. I honestly think this is one bid scam and I want my money back and I will give them all the bids back. Bids can win when bot bidders are bidding higher than the products are worth.

      Automatically charged my card when I clicked on 5000 bids just to check on it. Unfortunately, it was automatic and a payment was made - no way to disapprove. I used the bids but what I bought (bids I won) cost me much more than just buying the merchandise. Now, they (Deal Dash) keeps moving out the shipping date of the items I went ahead and won. This is a scam or at least unfair business practices.

      I saw the commercials for DealDash claiming they are honest and fair and I also looked on their website which shows some auctions ending with very low cost.. seemingly verifying their claim on the commercial, so I decided to try to do an auction on July 30, 2024. After watching what was happening during the auction, which dragged on for about 48 hours, I noticed the same group of us, about 5 people were continuing to bid in the same order, over and over..then once in awhile some random new bidder would appear for awhile..usually with a brand new profile just created within a day or two of the auction. I believe these are bots sent to manipulate the auction and drive up the price and make it impossible to win unless you keep buying bids until it is no longer a good deal and more expensive than what you can get elsewhere. I believe this is very deceptive and unfair company who profit tons of money by keeping all the bids regardless if you win or lose. They sent me an email saying sorry you came in second place..buy the item for double the price of retail to get your bids back. This is a ridiculous offer to pay $600 for a $300 item after I already paid more than that in bids already.       On 7-7-24 I downloaded dealdash. I placed a couple one cent bids. After a while, I decided it would take all day to get to the end of the bidding.I saw the commercial for the fair and honest site on motor trend TV.
