    RUNNNNNNNN FROM THIS COLLISION CENTER! The Elco Chevrolet Cadillac Collision center kept my car for 8 WEEKS!! No one contacted me in regards to my car repairs. I was told by the receptionist Krista who is very snotty, impatient, that they had just found new damages on the 12th day and they’d needed to send over another insurance claim estimate and wait for an approval on the payment. She also stated that they couldn’t order any new parts or finish working on my car being that my insurance company hadn’t approved the second estimate. They’d sent estimates 5 times! WHO SENDS NEW ESTIMATES FIVE TIMES? The first day that I spoke with **** he told me that they were going to assess the damages within the first three days. But no, they waited 13 days to even touch my vehicle. I wanted to know why they waited 13 days to send notice that my vehicle had more damages than the original assessment. No one had any answers. On week four I called and spoke with **** because no one seemed to know anything. **** was very impatient, he talked over me, and he lied about everything he claimed to know about my car! This place had my car for over 30 days and hadn’t even reached out to communicate the status of my repairs or to explain anything to me about my car. I explained to rude **** that I shouldn’t have had to call them for updates going into the third week and he was furious that how dare I be angry and upset about the company he works for being understaffed, low value, and having poor customer service. He argued and made Elco and its team the VICTIMS. He said “there no way I can tell when your car will get done” he puts me on hold and comes back to the phone and says “it’ll be ready next Wednesday” There I was two Wednesdays after and nothing! The 5th week of my car being in this place, After this Chevy, I will never in life purchase another Chevy vehicle ever **** **** AND ****** ARE SO UNHAPPY IN LIFE ITS PATHETIC !! ELCO CHEVROLET IS THE WORST!
