On September 22 I went in Bones and authorized reservation charge on my card. Later I noticed that they charged my card twice so I went there and they acknowledged that they over charged me and said it would take 3-5 business days to receive my refund. I waited but there still is no refund on my card. I spoke with Ashley the manager and she said it was still pending. Every time I call I get the run around and that Ashley is the only one who can authorize the refund. I spoke with Ashley on the 6th and still I do not have a refund.
