Do not recommend. Looks nice, functions horribly. My first unit of 402, the toilet overflowed randomly one day when I came home. The property managers & maintenance staff at that time fixed it immediately. I stayed in that unit for a year and that was the only problem I had until I moved to Unit 2002. Towards the end of my lease in ***, property managers changed and all hell broke loose. My second unit, 2002 was not move in ready and there were 3 leaks in my ceiling that damaged floor prior to me even moving in, the metal finishing at the bottom of the cabinetry in the kitchen wasn’t even put together and continues to fall apart every time I sweep the floor, maintenance takes 3+ months to respond to a request even if it is priority. The water was cut off for almost 2 weeks with only an e-mail to let us know when it would be turned back on. The power in the building completely went out in June and I had to call the fire department & the electric company to restore it, property management wasn’t here at the time. There’s an ****** in the building that gets rented by teens who want to have “Hotel Parties”. People shot fireworks from their balconies on 4th of July. Teenagers loitering in the lobby when security isn’t here. Security works when they want to. Never a security schedule! Last time we had consistent security was in 2020-2021. The security system failed multiple times meaning front doors, mail room doors, rooftop doors and also the penthouse doors were easy to open with just a simple pull NO KEY FOB NEEDED, at one point in time there were homeless people living in the custodial closets of the 7th floor and tenants were writing notes on the glass doors to be careful, the elevator stopped working and would drop from 20+ floors with people inside, packages were getting stolen (including my 65” inch TV), the pool table no longer is useable, all of the TV’s in the club house do not have remotes anymore, the clubhouse doesn’t have pressure at all. I can go on and on
