As many have said before if you read reviews on BBB or Google, do not go to this dealership for Service. We originally bought our vehicle from this location with relatively no issues so we figured we take it back to their service department when it started having issues. For context, our vehicle was having some sort of electrical issue that did not seem to be battery related seeing as we had the battery tested multiple times before we brought it in. The day after we dropped it off for diagnosis, we got a call saying they couldn't run tests because their machine says the battery is bad and we have to pay $600 for a new battery before they will continue to run diagnostics. Obviously, $600 for a battery is overkill so my wife went up there to see if we could work something out to where we could install the battery and bring it back to continue testing. They were very rude and unprofessional but eventually agreed but only if we paid a $190 diagnosis fee. If you read other reviews on Google and BBB you'll see several other complaints stating their rudeness and unprofessionalism. Paying $190 for diagnosing a bad battery is ridiculous seeing as you can take it to any auto parts store and get it tested for free and we had already done that several times as I've already mentioned. So it's apparent that something is drawing power and killing the battery, you'd think it would behoove them to use a battery on hand to continue running tests rather than squeezing the customer for every dollar you can along the way before you even know what's wrong. I cannot in good faith say that this dealership is operating with the utmost integrity therefore I cannot recommend them.
