Hired 1st Choice Plumbing Services to install a water softener. November 1, 2021.He gave me a firm price of $900.00. This was not a quote. Took two days to install because he didn't have all the correct parts. (i believe he said "clamps"). So he glued it somehow so it wouldn't leak.Since I paid for the Machine I asked how much it cost and if I could have the receipt. I would need some proof of purchase if it was defective. ************ refused to provide the receipt. At first he said he didn't get one. I knew that couldn't be true. When I insisted he got angry. I asked if he had something he wasn't telling me. He accused me of calling him a cheat. I did not say that. He wrote out a handwritten receipt and he assured me he would send a formal receipt. As of today I haven't got anything in the mail. I texted him again and and he texted back that since i accused him of cheating me the written receipt was all I would receive. More text went back and forth. I have it on my phone as proof.This is what got me so upset: I told he was dishonest and to put his pride aside and just send me a proper receipt like he said he would. He replied: you need to take your big mouth and *** back to New York it might work for you there. I asked him again. I was upset and replied that he is rude and a liar. his final reply was: Your a ***** without a brain
