              I had a hearing test and bought hearing aids from Southwestern Hearing Centers in Lebanon, Missouri and requested the results so that I can apply for a disability for hearing loss and they would not give me my results unless I paid them $150! I find that insane. I need that information in order to fill out the forms necessary to apply for disability. I'm already disabled with multiple sclerosis and live on a very tight budget. I don't have an extra $150 to pay for my own records.

              The hearing instrument specialist was personable, knowledgeable and considerate. I feel that Southwestern Hearing has my interest at heart. The hearing aids are warranted for three years, but the lifetime service is at no additional cost. Prior to finding Southwestern, I made attempts to contact three other vendors. One vendor stated on their website that they do not take phone calls. Another failed to respond to my email that I had responded to on their website. Another contacted me after a referral from my ENT doctor, but failed to get back with me after two weeks.Southwestern Hearing Centers is a multigenerational family business. The owner sent me an email with video attachment that requested that I contact him personally in the event of any dissatisfaction with the product or service. It doesn't get any better than this.
