Lesson to be learned. I thought l could truly trust the work that was provided summer 2021. I had three camera's placed on our home and a ring bell. My camera's are working beautiful thanks to the 3 young men that did the work. I have to give them all the credit. My husband and l both have called and texted this young man several occasionally and paid him dearly for his service. We continue having problems up to this day with this ring bell. My husband has tried to contact him several times he has not return his texts nor calls to fix it to see several times why does it go down these last few months. These are his products he sold to us. He's truly is a salesman. I have served 23 years in the armed forces and l have never been done like this in my life. People please be aware do not pay him until you can see that your products are working properly in due time it will be hard to get him to return back. He once told us that other people were having some of the same issue. And then he mention about the cable bill. Don't know if he was inquiring rather it was paid or off. At our age l thought are you seriously thinking that and to mention it. Today l looked at my account and saw l paid him over 2 months ago a second time just to get this ring bell working have not heard from this young man. Sometimes people take you for granted that they think you don't know your rights as a consumers well we do. I have reached out to ******* **** and then BBB for his bad actions. Please do not allow him to fool you with his bubbly personality and this spiritual faith and knowledge. We work too hard for our money to be bamboozle we might not have much but l hate for anyone to be taken advantage of by this young man. PEOPLE PLEASE BEWARE AND VERY CAREFUL IN YOUR SELECTION AND DEALING WITH THIS YOUNG MAN. AT 65 AND 68 WE BOTH LEARN A TRUE LESSON.

I am not suppose to pay you over and over with your system you sold exchange for my brand new nest doorbell. Which l was very happy with out selection but l let you talk me out of that with your sales pic. Please do not lie on my husband we both asked each other have your heard from you. No you did not reach out to either of us after this last time. We trusted you the two young men that came out because they were the expert providing the service. If its was done right the first time we wouldn't have to contact you over and over and over again. We had not problem paying we had problems getting our product working like you said you would. We don't have problem paying anyone we have a very high credit score. So, please don't pull that one. I've been all over they world and have never ever been treated in this way. You might not liked my very strong disposition and independent and a forward approach at my age you have to because people like you will take full advantage of people our age that knows they rights as a consumer. Would l allow you to make it right please allow the courts to make that decision.
