              Their customer service is horrible. If you don’t plan to keep this CRM for a very long time, then don’t bother because they will continue to charge you long after you’ve cancelled. I had to call THREE times to cancel and assumed it was done but a year later realized they were still charging me month after month. When I brought it to their attention they basically accused me of lying about ever calling to cancel. I’d say after three times I’d know if I had cancelled. They said they have no records of me ever calling and that their system is very accurate. They refused to refund me. There is obviously a glitch with their system if they don’t show even ONE of my attempts to cancel by phone, no less. Lesson learned to do it all in writing. Their CRM is so very basic that it didn’t meet all my needs so if you are looking for a really good system with great reporting, don’t look at LACRM.
