MWSM Concrete poured a new patio and driveway for me in September of 2020. For the most part they did a satisfactory job. As a matter fact, I referred several friends/family members. The ************************, on the job agreed that I could provide his contact information to those that I referred. The very next Spring (2021), I noticed some cracking where the patio meets the foundation. I tried reaching out to the ******* several times throughout the year to see if he could come take a look at the cracks and offer a solution, but I was never able to get a hold of him. Furthermore, those that I referred had minimal success. One friend that I referred had mentioned that **** provided an estimate and promised to pour a patio in the Fall of 2021, but my friend never received any communication or follow-up. The friend also tried making contact with them with zero success.It is now Spring 2022 and I still havent received a call back. I called **** several times, yet no answer. So I reached out to MWSMs office where I left 3 messages. On the last message, I stated that I would be contacting BBB. I think Ive been more than reasonable in the matter. It is hard to believe that MWSM is taking this seriously. Its like the whole company has disappeared.
