Their customer service is EXACTLY what you would show in a training video to new employees, of how not to treat customers, basically what NOT to do. I made a purchase, requested an approximate shipping date via email and was met with a human but very robot generated response "please allow 3-7 businessdays for arrival". I asked kindly and professionally again, as it was important that I was around for a delivery of equipment over $100. They don't tell you until after, but your order is frozen in their "awaiting shipment" status the very second you place it. It can't be changed, in anyway..odd.. I eventually spoke with some on the phone in their retail store who tried to describe the disfunction in their online shipping department as challenging to acquire the 7 peices that needed to be shipped. I again spoke with them and it ended up in a hang up when I asked to speak with the manager/owner. I then called Will at the customer service line given to me, he proceeded to over talk me mid sentence at any chance possible. This all seems like basic bologna right..well get this. They decided to refund my money, because not only could they give me an estimated arrival date (its 2024 people) but they did so because I wrote on a Facebook post that their "shipping is slow" It is a fair and honest statement. I made a purchase, that wasn't able to be delivered for 2 weeks, couldn't get a answer and when I did I was met with a major attitude, followed by yet, another hang up. They guys run an online business by scrapping old items together. They can't spell "customer service" and surely don't have a clue as to what it is. I recommend using a different company who doesn't berate customers over their own ineptitude. BUYER BEWARE.
