              this is the worst collection company in town. They are the worst for customer service, they hang up on you if you complain of the service received, they have people who claim to be a manager and refuse to give their names. it is never their fault when they don't pick up the trash it is yours for not having it out the night before. they don't care if you want to change companies they have ***** other customers, and they don't care if you make a complaint because they have only had 200 complaints I think that is a terrible number and i would not be proud of that.

              So, this customer has been with us for over 2 yeas and never has a complaint but now we're the worst company in town. This issue started the morning of his pickup when the customer didn't put out his trash and we did take a picture of it and sent it to him to show him, but at this time he was being aggressive with our customer service *** and start to cuss at her and yes she did hang up on him for being rude and disrespectful to her. So, he then talks to a manager and he tried to solve the issue but the customer ended up getting upset and using profanity to him also so the customer stated he wanted a refund for the unused service and we told him there is no refund and he would owe $30.00 for the cart removal fee and cleaning of the cart he told us to shove that fee up our rear end and then he threaten to call us every day to harass us so this is what kind of so called grown adults we have to deal with because he couldn't put his trash out the night before.
