BTS was hired on 05/31/24 to pour a concrete pad. I wanted it done within a month and was assured this would not be an issue. On 06/14/24 I paid the 50`% deposit and was told they would start in two days. He became unresponsive to my texts for several days and then promised he would be there the next day to start. My backyard is a disaster. I will have to hire a landscaper to come in and fix the damage done by BTS to my yard as well as the neighbor's yard. My belief is that he subcontracted out the job to get it done, trying to dance a fine line between they are my employees and I have no control over the job. BTS does not want to take responsibility for any damage. **** does not want to take responsibility for anything that went wrong, he only wants the checks. The two men that actually did the work were great to work with. **** was not.

1-To start I was not hired to start til I had opening. 7/1/24.
2- she paid 1/3 down the the work order changed.
started with a small pad then was widened bt 1ft all the way around. Then she added a wall about 30ft long. Then a 10ft drain was added with about 60 ft of buried drain pipes. She Then had a bill of $8950.00 this was to clean all concrete and house after finished. She Then said do not do that. I knocked off $400.00. She gave a 2nd check of $2800.00. Paid a total of $5200.00 of the $8550.00 She owed. The added all this work. She now refuses to pay. Very difficult lady. Everything was done. And we had a bunch of rain. This is why it took 2 to 3 weeks. She still owes $2950.00. She even told me she was going to give me bad reviews so she does not have to pay me. We all know grass get driven on and we are not responsible for it. I even explained that to her she was fine with it. We even took he gate off and put it back removed the post and gate put back in ground. With no charge because I forgot it in my original quote. I do not deserve this review. This lady was hard to work with from the start.

BTS repaired the cracks in my garage floor and driveway. He was professional and friendly. He explained how he was going to do the repairs and answered all my questions. He did a great job of matching the colors of the repair work to my existing concrete. He also responded in a timely manner to my phone calls and text messages. Highly recommend!
