To whom it may concern,
We appreciate the opportunity to respond regarding the complaint referenced above. Upon review, Ms. *********** applied for a Revvi credit card on 9/8/22. Her name, phone number, and email address on the
complaint referenced above match those on her Revvi credit card application. Using a debit card in her
name, she paid the $89.00 program fee in the following three installments: 9/9/22 for $29.67, 9/24/22 for
$29.67, and 10/3/22 for $29.66. Several payments were made toward her account balance using a debit
card in her name. The last successful payment was made on 7/18/23 for $72.37 using a debit card in her
name. Since no further payments were made toward the account, it was charged off on 1/31/24 due to
120+ day delinquency. Subsequently, the account was sold to Resurgent Acquisitions, LLC on 2/12/24.
Additionally, no previous fraud correspondence was found on record.
Weve concluded that ****************** is responsible for the debt owed.
Sincerely,
