My three girls and I went to Hardees 7/28/2022 and ordered beef nachos, and three cheeseburger kid meals with a sprites. When I go to pay the lady hands me two sprites instead of three so I told her I ordered three kids meals and she gave me another sprite. She told me to pull to the front in handicap, as they usually say. No one was behind me so I asked her what was the reasoning for me pulling around, and she told me they had to **** the fries and someone was going to come through soon and didnt want me in the way. I parked in handicap as she asked (no car ever came). A younger lady walked the food out and slung it at me. When I asked if they were corporate or franchise she rolled her eyes and said she didnt even know what that was and walked away. Before driving away I noticed I was shorter a kids meal and the fries were old and very cold. When I went back to the window the young lady argued that those fries were fresh and made me pay for an additional meal to get all the food I ordered. I asked her for the number to corporate and she said you can find it yourself and you can also go right back to handicap and park. I staid at the window and watched her take my food in the bag and walk around out of my view. The shift leader walked to the window and apologized and said those are her kids and kids will be kids. Ive tried contacting every number online for Hardees and cant get anyone to pick up the phone. The fries we got the very last time were slimy and something obviously had been done to them.
