      I do not recommend Spartan Housing of Como, MS. My experience with them has been a nightmare. I purchased a home from them on May 11, 2021, was told it would be delivered in 4-6 weeks weather permitting. After staying on them about when they were coming because once they took my money, I never heard from them again until like I said I had to keep calling them. After getting excuse after excuse, they finally had ****** ************** who they hired to delivery and set up my home on July 9th. During the installation process, the transportation company dropped my mobile home and broke the frame which is your foundation in a mobile home. I refused the home and told them I wanted a new one and somebody to pay for my monthly expenses of what it's costing me because I 'm having to live in a hotel that's $5000 a month, plus my mortgage on the mobile home that I did not have that was fixing to start and my storage bill. So, Spartan agreed and was reimbursing us monthly up until December 2021. On, November 13, 2021, they got my new home installed on a new pad with the broken home still behind the new home. Entergy would not come out to install the electricity until broken home was removed. The broken home was removed on January 4, 2022, and we got put on Entergy's list to get power. Entergy hooked my electricity up on January 31, 2022 so, when I called Spartan on February 2, 2022, to check on my expense check for January and to let them know that Entergy came, hooked up our lights so they could proceed and get our AC and heat installed per contract. I was told that they were not paying anymore expenses out because they claim when they removed the broken home on January 4, 2022 that their job was completed for us to move into the new home and had been reimbursing us our expenses even though it was no fault of Spartan Homes. Today is 2/7/21 and I'm still in the hotel. I'm paying out of pocket for the 2nd time for heat, AC and skirting just so I don't have to deal with them!
