The worst cpap company I have ever encountered. We have been trying for two years to get parts or a new cpap for my dad. My dad has Parkinson’s and he has cancer. He has many ailments. His medical supplies are very important. My mom was handling the things he needed for his cpap machine, then she became frustrated. She called me. I am a nurse. Everytime I call they claim they need more paperwork. It’s something different everytime. We have talked to *******, ***, and *****. They all say something different everytime. I’m not sure if it’s racism or it’s just terrible business practices. Please don’t waste your time on this company.

In order to dispense and file insurance for a new cpap machine and supplies, it is the policy of Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans that a DME must first have a physican “face to face” documentation prior to a sleep study, the actual sleep study, and a valid prescription complete with device pressure settings and specific mask details all prior to dispensing the equipment or supplies. Each of the people you spoke with at our company has told you we have none of this documentation on file. In each case of where you felt this documentation may exist, we called and faxed with either no response or there was no patient history at the facility. You even proclaimed to two separate employees that you yourself had the original sleep study in your possession. There was no attempt to send us even that. To top it off, our records indicate that this same conversation occurred two years ago regarding the exact same necessary insurance requirements. To end my response, your parting comment is absolutely ridiculous and flies in the face of almost 200 five star Google reviews from as diverse as a customer base could be. As I responded several days ago to you, when you left the one star google rating, to call me, the owner, to discuss this matter, you failed to do so and instead you left this one star BBB rating.
