I paid **** ****** with Mississippi Best Home Inspection LLC Located in Ridgeland MS to do a full inspection of a home I was interested in buying. I was led to believe this was a reputable company that cared about the consumer but that was a lie. I was led to believe that they would help me make an informed real estate decision. Their advertisement states that one important inspection is the attic space but my inspector failed me. He didn’t fully check the attic or he would HAVE SEEN THE FIRE DAMAGE TO THE DECKING AND RAFTERS. He informed me that he did a full inspection and sent me the final repair list WHICH HAD NOTHING ABOUT FIRE DAMAGE. When I tried to get the insulate the attic I was informed by another person not the inspector that the home had prior fire damage. I in turn called Mr ****** and he said there wasn’t any sign of fire damag. ( cause you didn’t look)’ so I asked him to come back and recheck again so he did and said yes there was a fire but he didn’t check that part of the attic. HOW COULD YOU NOT CHECK IT ITS THE ATTIC A PART OF YOUR INSPECTION. I asked him how you do a home inspection and not throughly check the house before giving the ok to buy it now I’m stuck with a FIRE DAMAGED house with weaken structural integrity I paid for a service I didn’t get. I depended on his PROFESSIONAL INPUT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO NOONE. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT COMPLETE THE JOB THEY’ RE HIRED TO DO. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS. THEY SUPPOSE TO DO A FULL INSPECTION AND THEY DONT. MISSISSIPPI BEST HOME INSPECTION LLC OF RIDGELAND MS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. **** ****** WAS THE INSPECTOR. DO NOT USE THEM I MADE A BAD DECISION ON HIS PROFESSIONAL WORD NOW I HAVE TO SPEND $$$$$to fix it. He said he’s not responsible
