Back on July 8th, 2024, I was on the road from Fort Moore (Georgia) to Fort Sill (Oklahoma). On the way my car was acting strange saying it "low oil pressure" when I just place new oil before leaving Georgia. July 9th, I was in Mississippi, as I was heading to the Ford Dealership services. They told me that my car had a recall and it might be the issue.I was not offer a rental. A week later I called and was told they never checked my vehicle. Three weeks later they told me they were waiting on a car part for my car. And it was a recall issue. I told them about how I am renting another vehicle and asked if they can offer me a rental, if not help me on a reimbursement. The service manager was rude and told me that couldn't happen.unless the car I'm renting is a Ford and this was 3 weeks after I've rented from enterprise and all they had was a chevy malibu at the time plus the ford was twice as much as the chevy to rent and i don't have that much money for the rental. I found a rental company in Oklahoma city that did have a ford for me to rent in September. I called the Ford company and my recall qualifies for long term rental told me they should help. I called again and the servicemanager still refuses to help me saying if i didn't buy it from them they wont give me a rental.I left from Fort Moore to Fort Sill because I was moved by the military to my new station here in Oklahoma. The service manager told me that is not her problem. I'm a specialist and serving for our country. I find it unfair to be treated this way. My car still is in the shop til this day. It's about to be 3 months on October 9th. I'm still paying for a rental as I pay for my vehicle that is still in the shop. I wasn't offer a rental from them and also receiving bad customer service from the dealership out in Jacksonville, Mississippi. I need help to get these rental reimbursement please and thank you
