The owner came to my mothers house and promised me ( I have to talk for my mother-she is very hard of hearing) he'd be back in 2 weeks to correct the things that were done wrong. He never did come back and it took me over 6 months of calling the office every week or every other week to ever get someone to come fix the problems. Then, my mom needed her thermostat reset and there was no one in the office to tell me how to do it over the phone. So, they said they'd send a tech by to re-set it. Did not tell me that they were going to charge her a $100.00 service fee. The tech was in my area and did not go out of his way to stop by her house. It took him 2 minutes to show me how to re set it and now I'm getting a $100.00 bill for this service. She paid cash for the new AC/Heating unit and to have the ducts cleaned. She's a senior citizen and lives on a fixed income. I think that they should have just stopped by and not charged her. Just for good customer service. I feel that the owner had gotten paid in cash for the new units and duct cleaning and then did not care about giving us any good customer service. If fact he, ****, just lied to me about coming back in two weeks to do the work right that was not done properly. She/we have not been treated right since she paid in cash for the services. I live in the house with her. She's an 89 year old senior citizen. Pure Air Consultant's came highty recommended by another Pearl business man. I've been very disappointed by their service since we paid them for their services.
