on 2/10/22s ****** ****** came out to repair bathroom faucet pipes at my home at my home.He started fixing faucet in bath first but he did not measure on 1 faucet correctly & cut a hole in wall which left a gap in porcelain tile under faucet .My sister was home at time, I was at work .She told him he needed to measure before cutting in which he replied he had been doing this for 30 years he knew what he was doing . My sister left the room because he was raising his voice . He was given check $250.00 for labor & faucets in bathroom .He then said I had few pipes under house needed changing . I told him that my father had ****** plumbing replace some of pipes under home ten years prior & I did not want the sections of pipes replaced /fixed that my father had ****'s plumbing install. He said he could tell pipes had been replaced done at different times . He said when pipes are changed they all should be changed the same . I told him I did not want pipes my dad had replaced messed with. He said he needed $400.00 deposit on pipes for under house . He also would not give me a separate receipt. He took it a lot further than I told him.,Never any idea as to what he was going to do , he just did the job ,then demanded $2100.00 difference. I am not satisfied with how he handled the job , how he repaired the faucets in bathroom . Enclosed is a picture of the hole around faucet for reference .I called him & told him I wanted it fixed & he said he would come next day but never showed up .I called him several times ,he would never come back to fix the mess up .He told me he would come fix it, but never showed up .Mr ****** is unprofessional in his treatment of situation . He should have repaired wall under faucet properly , consulted me before taking upon his self to replace all piping.I strongly believe I was over charged for services & will get another plumbers estimates to attach to this documentation. ***** *******
