First time using this place. Had them mount a ********* on a brand new, unmounted wheel and they gouged the lip. The owner became irritated when I brought it up, said it wasn't that bad, made the argument that it's just part of doing business, and became more irritated when I requested a refund on mount and balance which he at least did ****** Use a place that will assume responsibility if you want to keep your wheels pristine.

My apologies for you experience with us. But if you leaving us a bad review lets make sure the all info is correct. You called asking if we could guarantee we wouldnt scratch the wheel during the mounting process. You were told we couldnt guarantee it. You then ask about taping the lip up to prevent damage again you were told there was no guarantee when mounting a low profile tire and wheel. You brought the wheel in with a bunch of thick duct tape all over the face. Which actually made it more difficult for my tech to mount. After he was done with mounting the tire you pulled all the tape off the lip and looked at the wheel before it was aired up and balanced. You said nothing of any damage per your inspection of the wheel after you pulled the tape off. You paid us and left. You then call us to tell of the ***** in the edge of the lip. I requested you bring it back for me to see. I did say the spot wasnt that bad then I offered you a refund, you didnt request it. I offered the refund with an apology and for the record I wasnt irritated. I also explained how the finish on the wheel was a finish real easy to chip and mar up. You took the refund I offered and left. Again my apologies for experience with us.
