Do not use these people. The **** ratings is one star I don't care what the ****** ratings say. They aren't even accredited by the better Business bureau. First of all they don't have their own truck they brought an Enterprise truck rental. When the guy first got to our place he started talking about additional fees because of the stairs and then it turned out that they already knew about the stairs and it was already in the price. secondly, the company when we booked with them gave us a discount on the fuel surcharge which is a *****% charge and we weren't supposed to pay that. They also knew that we had a 10x15 storage and a one bedroom apartment that we were moving. Because we are moving two households, but one household was already reduced to a storage unit. Our storage units was also on the first floor first storage by the door. We signed a binding quote for $8,000. We got $750 taken off and the fuel charge taken off because of the time that we signed the contract for the moving. In the end we are being charged ****** dollars. Which obviously we can't afford because we were told our binding quote was exact and would not be changed. So now we have lost our $2,000 deposit and we are going to go wherever the h*** they put the truck and move our stuff into a U-Haul if they let us. I told them just to unload it and drop it in a parking lot and I'll load it ** in a ****** and go myself. But here's the kicker they drove off with the truck and no one is answering our calls or our emails so hopefully I can get my stuff back tomorrow. When you're moving this is one of those nightmare situations that you have dreams about that never actually happened because that's crazy. What stresses me out more is if they do actually leave with my stuff I don't trust I will get it all back.No hidden costs? I was assured the following before sale-******************* owns their fleet, guaranteeing quality services without involving third-party movers.Reality: Communication among the four representatives I've spoken to has been inconsistent. I've received conflicting information about delivery status and timelines, through different email. I'm concerned about the possible loss or damage of my shipment.Commitment: Due to my minimal inventory and short distance (***********, ** to *****, **), my shipment would be delivered within 1-5 days, eliminating the need for Premium Guaranteed Service.Reality: 8 days since pick-up, far exceeding the 6-7 hrs drive time. The shipment missing for 192 hrs approx.Commitment: I would receive prompt updates and face no communication issues regarding my shipment.Reality: After signing the contract, problems arose. Late pick-up was not communicated, the packing and pick-up personnel were rude, the dispatcher representative was unhelpful, and email communication occurred via separate emails. No final delivery date yet.Commitment: The items would be handled with care, eliminating the need for more insurance.Reality: I cannot verify this since I shipment is missing.Different stories from different people within the company-Story 1 (as of June 5th): The shipment remains in Jersey due to a truck issue, with no estimated delivery.Story 2 (as of June 6th): The shipment is in transit in **************, with delivery expected in 2-4 days.Story 3 (as of June 7th): The shipment is scheduled to load on ***** (possibly a typo for *****). Loading can take 1-3 days.Over my experience so far with this company, I have faced deceptive business practice with flawed work ethics, zero professionalism, and no compassion toward customers. I used this company to move from my 3 bedroom in Chicago to Fort Lauderdale. From the initial phone calls I was terrified of what I was hearing. BOOK NOW OR ELSE! I don't work that way. I had a few ok calls. **** was the most thorough and, very professional. He explained to me in detail of how the moving "industry" worked. His biggest concern was that "WE" did not have a surprise on moving day. He made mention of things I forgot. Rugs, Garbage Cans, Vacuum, Grills, Bikes, Funny I got a call back and asked one of the other companies if I was going to be charged for the things **** mentioned they said they would add it and keep the price the same. I asked if I could get that in writing they said yes and it never came. No other person explained that my stairs was going to be a charge or, that I was responsible for my T.V. large mirrors and, large pictures in boxes or, how delivery and pick up days. And guess what when I went back and looked at all the TERMS and CONDITIONS that were sent with the quotes. There it all was in fine print. Movers did a great job it all worked as I was told it would and I got a better prices because I purged a few items before the move day. Can't say enough!

The worst experience I've ever had moving. We were quoted 6k (after my husband went through each room, item by item, to receive the quote) but on the day-of our move they demanded the fee was 13k. More than DOUBLE what they quoted. With them finished at our house and our items packed in their truck, we had no choice but to pay. They showed up in an unmarked truck with no branding to be seen for the company they were hired to work for. This whole operation is off. Now we are unpacking and many of our items have broken, including our big flat screen TV, side table, ceramic planters, and more. Horrible packing on top of a terrible experience - I would never recommend them to anyone. BEWARE OF SCAM!

I picked up Absolute movers by searching through the Yelp, and it was a right decision. *******, ******, and ***** have arrived at the time of schedule, and did a fantastic job with packaging, and fitting my four bedroom stuff in one truck trip. They are very skillful in what they are doing. I highly recommend them, and I will use they service again.

The Absolute Relocation Services Team helped us move from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom townhome with ease! Our townhome has three levels with no elevator and they were very understanding and helpful. We were not as prepared as we thought we were but they didn't waste any time and helped us to box up anything that was left out. I was really anxious in the days leading up to the move and had a ton of questions but they were really accommodating and made sure I felt comfortable with their services and costs. I highly recommend them for your moving needs!

Great movers. ****************** and ***** helped in moving my stuff. They were courteous, fast and professional. They took care in packaging the furniture and delivered in safely.

Absolute Relocation Services completed my house move today from ********* to ********* **. Extremely courteous and efficient team of ********* and *****. Move was completed in 2 hr less than what I had expected!!! Not even minor damage to any of the stuff, all dismantling of furniture and reassembly was perfect. Thank you guys, you took the stress out of this work for us!

The move wasn't perfect but close enough. My experience was definitely not too bad. ****, my coordinator, was very thorough during the quote process so there was no surprises at pick-up. I paid exactly what I was told I would pay the only extra cost was a tip to the driver. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because the driver asked for the tip instead of allowing it to happen organically and kind of upset me. However, all in all it was a great experience and I would recommend the service to anyone. ****, really did go out of his way and he was there with me the entire time so I agreed to take the time to write this.

***** *. Is EXACTLY accurate in her review. The most untrustworthy, scoundrels company. Our pick up was supposed to be Friday. I told my contact ***** ******* that it HAD to happen Friday because we turn over possession at 6pm....NOPE!!! Got the call they're running behind - hid behind the DOT regulations that they have a 2 day window. Finally arrived at 130pm on Saturday, RIGHT OFF THE BAT, the scam started!! Mattress covers - $20 + $10 labor each. Adjustable beds frames, too heavy Upcharge $200 each!! Volume originally calculated at 870 cu ft for $4876 is now revised to 1200 cu ft for $1885 ADDITIONAL!! Then we got 4 wardrobe boxes for wierd stuff (step stools, ironing boards, tray tables) at $38 each and $14 labor - but I only unpacked 3....where's the 4th?? 12 rolls of tape @ $5, 4 rolls of shrink wrap @ $30 +$30 labor.....total upcharge of our move!! Original cost $5385 - final $9307. KARMA WILL EVENTUALLY CATCH UP!!!
