Called and ordered carport and been offered more expensive and stronger version. I decided to go for stronger version. They rescheduled few times and It was finally installed. Less then a year after it was installed, high winds deformed the structure and I called 2646198. The lady on the phone told me that I am not the first to encounter it. Because base legs were too short, and that now they are installing taller base. I asked if they can fix my carport and reinforce it. I been offered to reinforce everything for almost $2000. Almost two month later, after rescheduling me few times, crew passed by and installed few brackets on the top of my structure. When I asked if they will fix the crooked structure, they told me no. That they didn’t get material from the company that needed to make it right. I asked them to take pictures and get back to me with updates. No one called! I tried calling many times and left bunch of messages to everyone. Unsuccessfully! Very unprofessional! Poor time management! I still have my structure leaning to the side and I afraid it will fall on my boat and on my camper. Looks like I am not the first one to have issues with this company. Don’t recommend them!!! Find someone else! But be careful, they work under several names, like: elephant structures, PSG Custom Fabrication, carport Arch building,,,
