I sent them my Galaxy S10 in November of 2022. I waited about a month to hear back and initiated an email to them to get a status update. It took a while, but I was contacted by ********************************** indicating my phone was password locked (although I made sure the device was factory reset before sending it) and that I needed to provide them the password, which I did. Now, a year later, I am still waiting for an update or a return of my phone after multiple messages to this company.Initial Complaint

I sent in my iPod touch to Buymypod . I never received payment. I did not get a response to six Emails to the company, Also sent four texts. I confirmed that they received the unit and the date it was received 02/14/2022 Attached screen shot of confirmation. They also have an Amazon site called Sound Choice where they sell used electronic products. Also no response. I would like the money I was promised or a return of my property. This ipod was in mint condition so they have no reason not to complete this transaction.Initial Complaint

I started to engage with this buy my pod company in 2021. The company was supposed to receive my iPod and then send a payment. I keep contacting them, I got a reply once from someone named ******* (Sept 2021) and then never heard back. I sent email and texts at the number and email provided. I want my money $20. I agreed to an offer from Bymypod to sell them my Galaxy s9 for $65 on 11/9/2022. I received my envelope to submit the phone and did so. It was received by them on 11/28/2022. I never received the promised payment and sent a text to the number on the website *************). I got a reply from ******* who promised to look into the missing payment. Within 30 minutes I was assured that this would be remedied that day. After several weeks I reached out again on Jan 30th and got no response. I reached out again on Feb 1st, asking for the payment or return of my phone. I was sent a photo of a **** shipping label with a tracking number but no message. After several weeks I had not received the package and contacted them again on Feb 25th with no reply.Initial Complaint

On 14 Feb 2023, I completed an online order to sell 3 iPods to the company for a total of $94. I provided the shipping information and they provided a pre-paid **** label. I packaged and shipped the iPods according to their directions. According to ****, the package was picked at the *********** in **********, ** on 21 Feb 2023. I have emailed and texted them (they said the preferred way to get an immediate response). I have received no information or update from them regarding the transaction.Initial Complaint

Agreed to price for used iPhone I sent in for payment in November '22. Had initial response on Dec 21 promising prompt payment, saying "I will make sure this is completed today *********** forward to Jan 21 response to my follow up, "I will work on this during the weekend." Nothing. Pinged again on April 10 and again today, April 18 and getting no response.Initial Complaint

On December 13, 2022, I initiated the process of selling my Iphone8 to this company. They provided me with a shipping label for the package and the item was mailed into them. On December 16, 2022, I received notice that they had received the phone and they would be processing my order soon. On December 26, 2022, I finally received an email for an amount that was less than I was originally offered. It was taken to which I didn't hear anything from until I sent an email and text message on or about January 14, 2023 to which I was told that I would receive the payment. It is now March 24, 2023. I have sent several text messages to the number ************ to which I have received no reply. I have also used the form on their website to submit inquires and have gotten no response that way either.Initial Complaint

Heres yet another hopeful sucker who neglected to check BBB ratings on this company before sending in devices and getting ghosted. I send in 4 devices on March 22, 2022, which according to their website were delivered on March 29, and even after several emails and text messages, I never heard back. They quoted me $33 for the devices, so that is the amount of the check I am due. Although Im quite frustrated, I am slightly hopeful as many other reviewers updated their reviews after finally receiving checks, possibly because of their reviews.Initial Complaint

Sold my used IPhonecX and shopped on 12/12/2022 and never received payment. I received notice that phone was received by BUYMYPOD LLC and got an another email telling me phone was worth less than initially offered, Accepted lower offer. and as of 03/08/23 still no payment phone number ************ tells you to text for quicker response but never any follow up text, call or email. Name who initially responded is *******....I WAS SCAMMED by looks of other reviews and filed complaints
