A-1 *********************************** LLC movers arrived very late in the day on 09/23/2022 for delivery. My items had been in their storage facility during transit. During the delivery at the new house I saw them bring one of my hall tables in and I instructed them to put it near the entryway, but it was missing after they left. The idiots must have put it back on their truck. They lost furniture, furniture shelf hardware, damaged furniture, lost furniture parts, damaged brand new hardwood flooring during delivery. They ignored my specific verbal instructions to put plastic boxes on the patio and cardboard boxes in the garage/house; consequently, rain damaged many of the contents. Furniture repairs cost me $820 to fix damages. They lost the refrigerator front kick vent and were unable to put the fridge into the kitchen due to size and lack of time because it was getting so late and they had to return their rental truck. I had to pay another company $350 later to remove the fridge doors and move it into the house. A claim was promptly filed by me with CSI Pros in 10/2022. On 11/15/2022 CSI informed me via email that they could not proceed with my claim because A-1 was now handling their claims in-house and I must contact them directly. I tried contacting A-1 but the website on the Bill of Lading and other documents was not in service and the telephone number was not valid. Searches on the internet yielded no viable information to contact them. I sent emails to A-1's gmail account in Dec 2022 and in Feb ****************************************************** even acknowledge. CSI was not helpful but it was out of their hands at this point. This was not a cheap move and the service provided was not in accordance with the charge to me. In view of all this, I gave a 1 star rating on because a rating was required to submit this review/complaint.
