            The staff at Re serve at ********** Lakes intentionally broke the vehicular gate on the property to retaliate at residents for complaining that staff was unnecessarily keeping the gate open. Story goes like this: mid ************ magically is broken. Stays like this until mid October. A new gate opener is installed. Gate goes back to normal function for exactly one day. Then they decided it was broken again, so they opened it for another 3 weeks. About the first of November, the gate is in multiple pieces laying on the ground. Staff did this to retaliate against residents. You cannot advertise things that you do not have. Fraud is a felony and a prison sentence. I would like to see staff thrown into prison for fraud.This goes to show how low these people are willing to go. These arent very intelligent people who we are dealing with. Also goes to show how run down the property has become in just a few months time.

            ELLEVATE *************** ****************,** I have lived here since Dec. 2019, and it has gotten progressively worst. I've been through now 8 managers in staff. EVERY 1-star comment is NO LIE. It's not personal, but it feels that way. You pay rent, you have issues, and the office is SUPPOSED to be vigilant in taking care of the community. The cosmetics of the grounds are only kept neat by the office. The garbage, GOOD GRIEF! I hope they get fined for the unsanitary and most disgusting complex, because the garbage that sits out ALL weekend and flows over into the work week, looking like to be damned! It's piled up in front of the fence and in the grass median. It's not worth the rent at all. Management is incompetent. Your complaints fall on deaf ears and The neighbors above me need to live outside. They are the filthiest people I have ever encountered. I never had roaches, but since they moved in May 2023, I do my own exterminating. You have to put in a maintenance request to have them exterminate, but you pay monthly and don't ever have anyone come out every month. That never made sense to me. I-star reviews are forreal. Be mindful and research everything.

            We appreciate the information provided and can say we have taken steps to improve the noted issues. Over the past 30 days we have contracted with a new landscaping vendor who has already made a noticeable improvement to the community which will only get better. Not only will the cosmetics be improved, but we believe this will also help with any other potential issues. Starting in September we will also have a new exterminating vendor with improved quality control and guarantee. We do not take information like this lightly and are continuing to work on improving the property in every way we can.
