            My Husband has a Death Benefit Guarantee Rider with Brighthouse ************** As of October 4 2024 the rider was terminated. They said the premium was not received. I received the letter October 11 stating that the Rider was terminated. I immediately called Brighthouse on October 11 and spoke with ****** to inform her that I had not received the bill. I called back on October 17 and spoke with *** and was told it was under review. I've yet to hear from them and it is October 31. I've never been late paying my bills and would appreciate if the Death Benefit Guarantee Rider be in force as before. Thanking you in advance

            Worst experience ever with a company. Great at taking the premiums for years, pathetic at paying anything out. Overseas "customer service" - you will get nowhere. They find a problem with your claim form, you fix it, they find a different one and it keeps on going. I am going to file a claim with the ************************. Dont waste your money.
