            Warranty Work, I called and canceled my plan Aug 1, 2024, $49.99 a month for 2 units. I had the plan for about 4 years. My payment went out July 17, 2024 and was paid up till Aug 17, 2024. I was told after Aug 17, 2024 it would be canceled since it was already paid. I agreed to that. Unfortunately the upstairs unit started blowing out warm air Aug 7, 2024. On Aug 8, 2024 I called Air Tron for service and they refused to honor my warranty. I'm paid up till Aug 17, 2024. I was told by *********************** that when I called Aug 1, that is when it canceled. Air Tron kept my monthly payment and told me I was covered till Aug 17, 2024. Didn't expect the unit to stop working. I believe this is very wrong and they should stand by the warranty agreement until it expired. If they ended it Aug 1, 2024 I should of gotten a refund. I agreed to the Aug 17 expiration date.

            Our home is less than a year old. Our air conditioning went out right after 4th of July. I changed all the filters etc. and nothing changed so I called Airtron and spoke to *** and she said that the soonest they could come out was July 18th. Not great response time but its the hottest month of the year so I get that they are busy. I booked that date. *** called me back to confirm my email address and phone number. I missed the first call and she left a message so I called her back and confirmed. She said the tech would be out on the 18th between 12-5 so make sure someone is home. I took off work to be there4:45 rolls around and no one has shown up yet. I called AirTron to see if the tech was running late, etc. it happens. They told me I was not even on their schedule. I tried to be as calm and respectful as possible. The best answer they could give me was maybe it was a glitch in our system. So instead of taking any responsibility for it, they said we can reschedule you but the earliest we have is July 30th. That is absolutely not acceptable. Your company made a mistake and I just move back to the bottom of the list? After several minutes of trying to reason with this person, she put me on hold and said she could get me in on the 24th. It was a pathetic attempt but it was still better than the 30th. The tech actually showed up this time and problem solved the issue relatively quickly. He said he needed to order a part and when it came in they would call me and send someone out to install it. I called last Friday to see if there was anyway they could remedy the issue and try to put a rush order on the product, she said that there was no way to rush it. I asked her if someone could call me back on Monday. No call on Monday. My wife called back today and the customer service person did not care even in the slightest and just told her its very unlikely the pet will be in anytime this week.
