We were recommended by **** ****** Realtor with ******************* we worked with ****** ****** with Primis Mortgage. Both of these ladies seemed super thorough in their work, they answered all our questions. My husband and I closed on our house in August and we haven't applied for any credit since but we started receiving letters in the mail that our credit was being used. The first item was an insurance quote from a company that my husband or I did not request or authorize. The next was a denied credit account with ***** due to an account already being opened. Then his Zales and Academy accounts had credit limits raised without his authorization or request. Several charges made to both accounts with payments made by accounts not belonging to either of my husband or I. We have since received several letters from other companies asking for information due to applications to open new accounts. I truly believe that someone from this company took our information and is using it illegally. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND WISH THAT WE HAD DONE MORE RESEARCH ON THE PEOPLE WE WORKED WITH. This ***** being first time home buyers dealing with serious issues now that not only affect my husband and I but also our five children and other family members who depend solely on us.
