    To start with, this company seemed good however as we finished the loading of our house they informed me that they under estimated our move by about $3k. This was not expected because they told us they overestimated. Now, fast forward a few months, and when I was trying to arrange delivery of our items, I had the displeasure of talking to the rudest and according to her the manager of the storage division. She was very condescending and wouldn't listen to anything I had to say. When I asked to speak to another person she said there was nobody else to speak with. 1 hour later, I got a call from someone. Then on a Saturday afternoon, I got a call saying they were coming the next day and I needed to have the balance due payment. This is where the company seems sketchy to me, because they only take cash or money orders. Neither of which you can get $10K on a Saturday afternoon with banks closed. They then agreed to come the next week, however, a day before they tried to cancel saying they didn't have any trucks. I didn't accept that, so they did end up coming, although it was later than originally requested. My wife tried to get a money order, but the bank wouldn't do a money order for $10K so they gave her a cashier check, which is like cash. They refused to take it and was going to leave with all my stuff. Finally, they said they would take it and started to unload our items. Now, that we have all our stuff we have found several items damaged/broken and many of them was documented with the foremen before he left. I've attempted twice to text the number that I was texting with before, but nobody is responding to me. I feel like I will never hear from them and I'll be out my own money having to repair/replace my items on my damaged. Use caution with this company - I feel like they are doing tax evasion because they would only take cash or money orders in the form of $1k each, to total $10K. Also arent very good with their communication.

Sometimes, during the final stages of loading, adjustments may be necessary if there is a change in volume or services required. We strive to provide accurate estimates upfront, and while most of our estimates remain consistent, additional fees can arise if extra services are needed to complete the move. In your case your initial quote was 2600cbf, during the time of pick up it appeared you had more stuff than it was estimated. You ended up having 1000 *** more, your BOL says 3000cbf, meaning you haven't been charged for 600cbf which is 4000$ money wise. Moreover 50% discount on storage charge was provided to you. Our goal is always to make these adjustments as clear as possible, and we apologize if this wasnt communicated effectively in your case.Were also sorry to hear about your experience with the customer service representative. Respectful and attentive communication is a priority for us, and we apologize if you felt unheard or disrespected. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will follow up internally to ensure our team handles every interaction with professionalism and empathy.The payment method is a policy outlined in our contract, and while we understand this can be inconvenient, it allows us to protect us from the check frauds we experienced in the past. We have several payment options like ***** payment, wire transfer, **** money orders, and cash is one of them and has nothing to do with tax evasion. We didn't demand cash, this is not true. For amounts exceeding certain limits, we can often arrange alternative solutions if contacted in advance, and we apologize if this wasnt an option communicated to ******* can always give us a call and we will guide you through the our clam process.We regret that you experienced damage to some items. We prioritize safe handling, and any damages should be addressed.
