I started taking my dog here based on the recommendation of a friend. Initially she was hard to get in touch with, but eventually I was able to make appointments. Each time I would pick-up my dog from his services, I always asked "how did he do?' And every time she always advised me "he did good'. I was never told anything different. During Thanksgiving of 2021 I dropped my pet off for his usual services, and my husband went back to get him. After we got him home, we noticed that in certain areas he had strands of long hair, like he had not even been cut. It was blatantly obvious that he had not been cut properly because everybody in my family commented on it. I reached out to Ms. ***** after the holiday was over(they were closed) and I advised her that my Rondo's cut looked horrible, it was like he had never been to the groomer. She was very apologetic & stated that she was unable to groom him, and that someone else on the staff groomed him this time. She advised me that I could bring him back him and she would correct it. I asked her when, and she advised me that she would have to look at her books & give me a call back. She NEVER called back. I tried to call her back several times & was always told she was busy. Speeding up to last week, I was finally able to get somebody, and they made his appointment. On the date of the appointment I called and requested to speak with her, so that I could advise her that Rondo was on his way. Ms. ***** got on the phone & I told her that he was on the way, and reminded her of our previous conversation. She advised me that she had a problem, because NOW he would be getting a free haircut 2 months later. It was never about a FREE HAIRCUT, it was about correcting what your staff messed up. Even if she had offered to take something off, atleast stand by your work. Instead she started yelling, and anytime anybody has an issue she blames the owner. She has stated my pet had to be muzzled, which I was not aware of. I want this resolved

This lady has been on FB,Google, and BBB. And will probably continue to reek havoc for kibblesandklips.I offered this lady a free grooming, I offered a refund, and I also tried to resolve her needs.All to no prevail.Now about the dog!I've groomed her min. Schnauzer for years.This dog is so much trouble,that no one can work on him but me(the owner).He has to be muzzled the whole time he's on my table.I never charged Ms.Jonesa special handling fee,nor extra money for the time it takes to groom him.I work on alot of high maintenance dogs because I have a passion for the dogs and the customer.Unfortunately this lady is not grateful for my generosity.She's probably angry at this point because most groomers wouldn't touch her dog.And if they do ,she will pay extra!And last; I'm the owner, and have plenty of great customers that have followed me! I don't need her,she needs me more!I don't have time for rude people that are all over media trying to get back at me and my business.Please remember that I would not recommend any grooming salon to offer her service.
